DSHS

The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) administers funding for the Washington SNAP-Ed program. DSHS staff work closely with Regional Implementing agencies to ensure that SNAP-Ed programs, implemented across the state, meet all requirements set forth in federal guidance.

FNS & USDA

Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) and the United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) are the federal agencies responsible for the administration of the SNAP-Ed program. Resources are available from FNS and USDA that link directly to the work we do in SNAP-Ed.
